Not sure who built this amp or when it was manufactured.  I'm hoping someone will recognize it and let me know.  The 6F6 is a pentode that was introduced in 1935 with the first wave of metal, octal-based tubes.  It had its day in the late 30s, but was largely replaced by the 6L6 (1936) and 6V6 (late 1937) by the end of the war.  The 6N7 was released in 1936, and the 5V4 in 1937.
